Obituary of Marie Riess

Marie C. (Rea) Riess, 67, of Warwick, passed away Tuesday, February 07, 2017 at RI Hospital. She was the loving wife of William Riess, they were married for 49 years. She was the daughter of Lillian (Rea) Beaudry and the late William Lavery. She worked as a Store Clerk at both Stop and Shop and Almacs for many years. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by five children, Brandon Riess and his wife Barbara Cobb-Riess, Eric Riess and his girlfriend Brenda Bordeleau, Christopher Riess and his wife Deena, Nicholas Riess and his wife Caroline and Samantha Marie Olsen-Riess, all of Warwick; nine grandchildren and one sister Joanne Olsen-Rossi of Providence. She was also the sister of the late John DeRobbieo. Visiting hours Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 5-7PM in Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
