Obituary of Eleanor Marie Pagliaro

Eleanor Marie (DelBuono) Pagliaro peacefully passed away on March 18, 2024, at age 97. The only child of the late Albert and Mary (Martino) DelBuono, Eleanor was the beloved wife of the late Bernard, her one and only love of 65 years. Those left to cherish her memory are her son David, granddaughter Gianna, great-grandson Jackson David Berry, and her many nieces and nephews. Eleanor spent over 23 years as a bookkeeper and secretary for Custom Auto Service in Providence prior to becoming co-owner of Bernie's Hallmark Card and Gift Shop. She will always be remembered as a compassionate and kind woman with a quiet strength, always praying for others as she was devoted to her faith. She has a special place in her heart for Blessed Sacrament Church, where she was a communicant for many years. Her family would like to thank all the healthcare professionals who lovingly cared for Eleanor along her journey. 
Her visitation will be held Friday, March 22, 2024, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the Mount Pleasant Funeral and Cremation Service, 168 Academy Ave., Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Ave, Providence.
