Obituary of Courtney Tyrell Love-Jones

Courtney Tyrell Love-Jones, born January 10th, 1988, entered eternal rest on Friday, March 11th, 2022. She was the daughter of Catherine R. Love of Providence, RI, and the late Garth Jones. She was a graduate of the MET school. Courtney was employed as a Patient Care Attendant at R.I Hospital. She was a loving and caring person of all her patients. Music was a major part of her life, as well as traveling to many places with family and friends. Her family was special to her, each had a special place in her heart. The love of her life was her two children, son Joseph Forbes Jr., and daughter Da'Ryja Love Barrows. She was the granddaughter of the much loved late Annie Sue Love, Charles and Dorothy Jones. Besides her mother and children, she leaves to cherish her memory four brothers Gareth Love Jones, Jr., Quinton Love, Brian Love, Jeffery Benton, all of Providence, three sisters Venice Fortes of North Carolina, Jenneah Love, Briana Benton, of Providence. Courtney will be sorely missed by a host of family and friends. The beauty of her life will forever remain in their hearts. A Visitation will be held on Friday, March 25th, at the Ebenezer Baptist Church, 475 Cranston Street, Providence, RI, from 10:00am - 11:30am. A Service will follow at 11:30am.
