Obituary of Sabrina Louise Dunston

Sabrina L. Dunston 53, of Oxford Street, died Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by loved ones. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, July 14, 1967, to the late Kenneth L. Dunston Sr. And Martha (Hie) Dunston. She was the granddaughter of the late George and Doris (Skipworth) Hie, Ulysses Dunston, and Eugene Conyers. She was the sister of Michael Lomba and the late Kenneth Dunston Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving daughter and best friend Desnette Dunston, Son Terrence Dunston, and daughter Breonna Dee. Nieces Kenitha and Deidre, and Nephew Kiel. Godchildren, Jaime, Morease, Chiccara, Marquise, Kevon, Ja’Nyah-Lynn, and the late Ayesha (Pooh) Barros. Special cousins Dina Dunston Edgerton, Martis Alston, and Kela Shippy. Sisters Gina Frisby, Tammi-Lynn & Kelli-Ann Gundy. Brothers Butch Correia, Darrell Branch, and Jaime Mcann. Adopted daughter Alexus Reels, along with her very special Ill Vill Family and a host of other family and friends. Sabrina was a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School; she attended CCRI (graduated), URI, and RIC, achievements for which she worked hard and was very proud. Sabrina also did security for many clubs throughout Rhode Island. Sabrina was known for her cooking, love for dancing, and for being the protector to all the ones she loved. She had a heart of gold and a right hook for those who deserved it! You could always count on Sabrina for lots of laughs and trash-talking when she was around, always the life of the party, and left everlasting memories wherever she was. She will be deeply missed by all that have had the pleasure of being in her presence. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 22nd, 2021, at the Truth Tabernacle Church, 542 Potters Avenue, Providence, from 4:00pm - 5:30pm. Followed by a service at 5:30pm.
