Thomas D. Carroll, 73, of Johnston, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Born in Providence, He was the son of the late Edwin and Ruth (Beaulieu) Carroll. Thomas worked for the Parks and Recreation for the city of Providence.
Thomas is survived by his grandchildren Joel Webe, Eddie Ray Webe, brothers Donald Carroll, Michael Carroll, David Carroll, Timothy Carroll, and many nieces and nephews.
He was the father of the late Delania Webe and brother of the late Peter Carroll, Patrick Carroll, and Kenneth Carroll.
