Obituary of Marie Antoniette Martone

Marie Martone (73), daughter of Stephen and Antoinetta Martone, died peacefully in her home on Friday, December 31, 2020. She is survived by her two sisters, Stephanie Abatiello, Debora Martone, her nephew Mario Abatiello, and his wife, Nicole Abatiello.
Marie worked for the state of Rhode Island for thirty years. She began working for the state after she graduated from Cranston High School in 1965. Marie was an avid traveler in her youth. She was a woman who was never afraid to speak her mind, and she loved her family with great passion. Marie will be sorely missed by her friends and family, but we hope she continues to enjoy her journey until we meet again in heaven.
At this time, there will be no public funeral. According to Marie's wishes, she will be cremated, and her ashes will be spread with the dolphins in Florida.
