Billy and I were childhood friends we were inseparable.. One of my favorite memories was going trick or treating we would start out with all the kids from the street coming with us In the end it was me and Billy out till 9:30 hitting all the neighborhood and filling our pillowcases of candy!! I will miss him... but I'm so greatful we reconnected over the pass few years.. My thoughts and prayers to his family Love Kathleen Rinn Bogosian

Tommy and Donna, we are very sorry for the loss of your brother. Billy may have been a very quiet person and he kept to himself. However our granddaughter, Victoria, started a friendship with Billy. She was 2 years old and was playing on our deck. She waived over to Billy who was in the yard and after that when she saw him always wanting to talk with him. This brought two neighbors together. Billy will always be remembered and missed. Jane and Dick LaRouche Ricky and Missy...
